Submit Your Music to Us

Artists, musicians, or labels wishing to submit their music to JAZZRADIO.com for airtime consideration are more than welcome to do so.

For our dedicated fans wishing to add to our library by donating personal CDs - please use Option 2 below.

Option 1 - Digital Uploads (preferred method)

The fastest way to have your music considered for inclusion is to upload it to our FTP server.

Please use an FTP client to do this, and not your browser. If you don't have one then try downloading FileZilla here. FileZilla is free and available for most operating systems.

Format requirement: MP3 files encoded at 320k quality bitrate (192k is absolute lowest please).

Simple instructions:
Create a folder for yourself on our server. Upload all your mp3 files there.

Also upload a text or word file with your contact information so that we may email you back if your material is accepted.

It will be very helpful to have good filenames (or ID3 tags) such as this: Artist - Track Name.mp3
If your uploads look like a mess we may move on to other submissions which are easier to manage.

Option 2 - Mail Us Your CDs

Option 1 is preferred and is faster to process. Otherwise please mail your material to the following address:

Timing

Please allow a couple of weeks for us to process your submissions. If you never heard back from us, then most likely the submission was not accepted to any appropriate channel at this time (which happens 90-95% of the time, we are that picky).
